Ear Seeds

Ear seeds are amazing and one of my favorite ways to help patients make progress towards their health goals! They are little seeds (or gold balls) that are applied to the ear after your acupuncture treatment and are held in place by a sticker. The ear seed applies pressure to the corresponding point, which stimulates the brain to determine an appropriate response. I use ear seeds on patients for everything from losing weight and resolving pain (headaches, sciatica, back pain, etc.), to regulating hormones and supporting sleep and fertility.

For patients receiving acupuncture treatment, ear seeds are included with your visit. For patients wanting to skip the needles and just receive ear seeds, you can sign up for an Existing Patient – Ear Seeds Only treatment. And for patients who are receiving health or fertility coaching, I’ll teach you how to apply ear seeds to your ears at home so you can also use this amazing modality to improve your health.
